Multi Occupancy Rate

If you wish to provide different prices depending on how many people are staying in the room then you will need to create a multi occupancy rate plan.

1. Go to "Rooms & Rates" page

2. Click on "Actions" on the room type and then "Create Rate"

How to create a multi occupancy rate plan

Choose "Manual"

Choose "Per Person"

Rate Mode:

Manual - You will enter prices manually for this per person

Derived - You will set the price for one occupancy and then set modifier for the others

Auto - Similar to derived but less powerful. You will set price per extra person
